Integrating Restorative Practices into the Campus PBIS Framework

Lacey Ajibola has worked in education and with various youth organizations for over 15 years. Her mission is identify ways to create meaningful experiences for students, change the way we address discipline, and teach youth to positively contribute to their community. As an administrator, she promotes the use of restorative practices, restitution, and positive reinforcement models to support teachers and students in building relational capacity and accountability within the school setting and community.
