I have twenty three years of classroom experience ranging from preschool to college. I am currently a Professor at SUNY Broome in Binghamton, NY in the Teacher Education and Early Childhood Education Department. I am also a behavior consultant and national presenter. I have presented over sixty professional development seminars on a variety of education topics. Popular workshops include: “Get Your Game On! Creating Cooperative Games to Enhance Learning and Relationships”; “GRIP for Life: Strategies for Working Through Secondary Traumatic Stress in Education” and; “Attaining and Maintaining Positivity, Enthusiasm, and Perspective (PEP) in Education”. I am passionate about helping each individual reach his/her optimal potential and an advocate for ensuring that each child’s learning experiences are authentic, relevant, and engaging.
