Victoria is the National Senior Training Specialist, representing One Circle Foundation in the U.S., Canada and beyond. She provides national training, curricula, consultation, and technical assistance related to gender responsive services to non-profit agencies, government, state supported programs, institutions, and systems that work with children and adolescents. Victoria is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey and holds a master’s degree in social work. As a former Program Director, she worked with the New Jersey Superior Court, New Jersey Probation Division, and New Jersey Public and Private Schools to implement prevention and intervention services for children and their families. She effectively facilitated and supervised the Girls Circle program in addition to Structural Family Therapy, Multi-Systemic Therapy, Sex Offender Treatment, and Truancy Intervention. Victoria relocated to Alabama in 2016 where she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
