Raymond D. Appleberry Jr. is an accomplished speaker, trainer, consultant, and leader. He brings a wealth of experience with over 20 years in various roles and currently serves as the Special Education Coordinator of Social & Emotional Development and leader of the 180 Reclaiming Center for Grand Prairie ISD.
Lynne M. Roland M.Ed., L.P.C.
Ms. Roland has worked with troubled youth, families and educators for over 25 years. As a therapist, she adds a very personal and in-depth level to her trainings. Lynne has a passion for training, teaching and consulting providers who service troubled youth. Her trainings are engaging, inspiring, memorable, and most of all fun!

Brian Hopkins currently serves as a Special Education Facilitator, trainer and consultant. In the last 13 years Brian has worked in multiple education settings and leadership roles for Grand Prairie ISD. He has served as a Behavior Interventionist, Behavior Specialist, Special Ed. Teacher, Paraprofessional, and Substitute Teacher. He has provided consultation and training for administrators, behavior specialists, counselors, assessment staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals, serving multiple school districts and childcare providers.
