Use this form to register attendees (you can register large groups up to 20) and choose to either pay with a credit card or be invoiced and pay later. If you choose the pay later option, please note that we must receive either payment from your district or a valid purchase order form in advance of the event for your registrant(s) to be able to attend the event.
